In this beginner friendly class, Steph will instruct attendees how to make macrame plant hangers using non-traditional materials, such as yarn, and cotton cord to create unique pieces to take home. She will introduce several foundational knots (square knot, half knot/spiral knot, barrel knot) that attendees can apply to future knotted creations!
All materials provided. No experience necessary.

Unless otherwise specified ages 16+ are welcome to attend OffCenter classes independently. Students age 12 to 15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) who stays with them for the duration of the class. We highly recommend that the accompanying adult register and participate in the class as well. Individual classes may have additional age or experience requirements. This class is designed for ages 14 and up.
