Join OffCenter’s master puppeteer and puppet-maker, Ashley, in this drop in group to make, play, and talk about all things puppet related. Puppeteers and puppet makers of all skill levels welcome.
The OffCenter Arts Puppet Crew is an all-ages drop in group for puppeteers of all skill levels to network, talk about your puppets, make puppets, come with questions, maybe leave with some answers, learn about puppet history. Join the fun, develop your puppet skills, learn to create and restore puppets, and have the opportunity to perform with other puppeteers at community events!
All ages and abilities welcome! Bring puppets you want to work on, or use materials at OffCenter to make new puppets.
Ashley is the studio manager at OffCenter and a multimedia artist and puppeteer. The first thing Ashley fell in love with at OffCenter Arts was the community. The second was the large puppets. She works with puppets of all sizes. She loves to perform and help people find their inner puppeteer.
